Peoples Bank & Trust Donates to Taylorville Kiwanis Club

Ken Hart, Community Bank President of Peoples Bank & Trust, along with Judy Prasun, AVP, Consumer Banking, recently presented a check for $750.00 to Martin Vota, Kiwanis President. In giving back to the community, Peoples Bank & Trust is committed to not only serving our customers, but also the communities it serves.

The Taylorville Kiwanis Club recently continued its annual “Coats for Kids” program by providing over 75 children with new coats, hats, boots and gloves at the Taylorville Walmart. The Kiwanis Club holds several funds raising events during the year including Peanut Days, the Kiwanis Pancake and Sausage breakfast and a Radiothon to raise money for the “Coats for Kids” project. The Club has been helping children since it was chartered in October of 1954.
