Peoples Bank & Trust Announces Seven Employees Promotions in Bank Operations and Consumer Banking Departments

Pana, Ill. – May 19, 2026 – Peoples Bank & Trust is proud to announce the promotion of six key employees serving in the Consumer Banking Department and one in Operations.

Operations Department:
Jennifer Mathis has been promoted to AVP, Operations. In her new role, she will move from the Pana banking location on Locust Street to the Operations Center, also located in Pana. In her new role, Jennifer will help oversee the bank’s daily operational functions ensuring customers receive efficient and dependable service as well as support for staff leadership and compliance of operational strategies.
Jennifer joined the Bank in 2010 as a part time teller and was promoted to Full Time Teller in June 2015. Since then, she and been promoted to a Consumer Banker, Consumer Banking Officer, AVP, Consumer Banker and now AVP, Deposit Operations. In her free time, Jennifer enjoys camping, spending time with her children and family. She is an active supporter of girls softball.
Brad Davis has accepted a full-time bookkeeping position in Deposit Operations area. In his new role, Brad will provide support with the banks day-to-day functions at all levels and compliance with banking regulations. He is eager to learn his new duties and is always willing to assist customers in what ever way he can.
Brad is a Pana native and in his spare time enjoys spending time with his wife and their two children. He is a member of the local Knights of Columbus and also enjoys woodworking.
Consumer Banking:
Adriana Allen has been promoted to the position of AVP, Consumer Banking and will work with customers at both the Taylorville and Morrisonville branches.
Adriana and her husband, Steve, have lived in Christian County for over 20 years, where they raised their three children. In her free time, Adriana enjoys spending time with her family and going on motorcycle rides with her husband. Adriana and her husband are active volunteers with the Stonington American Legion.
Mason Crowe has been promoted to the position of AVP, Consumer Banking for the Pana and Tower Hill branches.
Mason joined the team in August 2022 as a part time teller. He became a CSR in July 2023, Consumer Banking Officer in 2024 and was most recently promoted to AVP, Consumer Banking. He is currently working towards his Bachelor’s Degree at University of Springfield. He enjoys spending time watching sports, playing guitar, being with friends and also his dog. Mason is an asset to our team and looks forward to meeting new people and helping them with all their banking needs.
Jeff Grimmett has taken on the new role of AVP, Consumer Banking for the branches of Waverly, Chatham and Palmyra.
Jeff has been with Peoples Bank & Trust for more than 21 years. In the community, Jeff serves as a board member of the Waverly Library. When he has free time, he likes to participate in outdoor activities such as swimming, camping and spending time on the beach. At Peoples, Jeff enjoys solving situations in a positive manner; he is passionate about customer service and likes to help all types of banking customers.
In their roles, Adriana, Jeff, and Mason will work closely with customers to provide guidance regarding personal banking products and services in the role of supporting and ensuring exceptional customer relationships are maintained.
Sadie Waddington has been promoted to the role of Consumer Banker and will serve customers at the Pana branch.
Sadie joined the bank in June of 2022 as a parttime teller and was promoted to CSR in April of 2023. Recently Sadie was promoted to Consumer Banker at the Pana branch. One of her passions is helping people, solving problems and seeing folks smile when she is able to help out. When not working, she enjoys spending time with family, especially her two children.
Sophie Robinson has been promoted to the role of Consumer Banker and will provide customer support at the Taylorville branch.
Sophie is currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration and is a member of the Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society. She also owns and operates her own photography business. Additionally, she serves as a trustee on the Taylorville Public Library Board. When not working she enjoys spending time with family and friends and looks for time to pursue her hobbies which include baking, playing guitar and piano, and reading.
In their new roles, Sadie and Sophie will assist customers with their everyday banking needs and ensure they receive the support needed to achieve their banking needs.
